Sourcing Service Job Reference: Moet & Chandon Flashing Cup Project (2007)

	1. Received enquiry from Moet & Chandon
	2. Searched for flash cup supplier in China and checking supplier's background, including product line scale, safety certificates, customer project references, tooling fee, unit price and lead time. After confirmed supplier data base, made 3D drawing of Moet & Chandon's flashing cup. Provide this 3D drawing to Moet & Chandon's confirmation.
	3. Five prototype after Moet & Chandon confirmed 3D drawing. Three pieces of prototype sent to Moet & Chandon for customer's feedback. Two pieces of sample kept in LTI and supplier sides for checking.
	4. After several times Moet & Chandon revised design and confirmed prototype, start mass production and monitor whole production procedures. QC before shipment, arranging shipment. Moet & Chandon provide this flashing cup to her distributors.
